Nestled in the heart of Vancouver, Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites required a comprehensive refresh of its guestroom furniture portfolio to align with its modern, neutral-toned brand identity while meeting strict hospitality-grade durability standards. Our scope covered over 150 guestrooms, including king/queen bed units, workstations, casegoods, and lounge seating, all tailored to the hotel’s compact yet functional room layouts.

Working closely with the hotel’s design team, we developed a cohesive furniture line defined by clean lines, warm wood finishes, and durable fabrics that balance comfort and commercial resilience. The dark grey upholstered headboards, paired with light wood nightstands and work desks, created a calm, inviting atmosphere while withstanding daily wear-and-tear from high guest turnover. Special attention was paid to space optimization: multi-functional casegoods with integrated storage solutions maximized functionality in both standard rooms and suites, while ergonomic desk chairs supported business travelers’ needs.

The project was delivered on an accelerated timeline, with phased installations to minimize operational disruption.
