A private villa is a different FF&E brief from a hotel. There is no brand standard book to follow; the specification comes from one owner, one building and the way one family actually lives. This project covered the villa's full furniture package, living room through bedrooms to leisure spaces, designed, built and installed as a single program.

The client wanted contemporary minimalism warmed up with natural texture, a direction easier to say than to build. We started on site: measuring the actual rooms, checking how light moves through the space, and talking with the owner about daily routines, where they read, how often they host, how the dining room gets used. The furniture list covered the living room, dining area, bedrooms and leisure spaces, and every piece was dimensioned to the room it would live in.

The main living area pairs solid wood frames with soft upholstered sofas, alongside streamlined coffee tables and display cabinets. Off-white, light grey and walnut carry the palette, which keeps the room calm and lets the textures do the talking; stitching detail and clean lines add finish without ornament. The dining set was specified for real use: a durable top that handles hot dishes and daily meals, chairs that stay comfortable past the first course. In a private villa the dining table works for family dinners as often as for guests.

The bedrooms aim at rest. Low-profile solid wood bed frames keep the lines quiet and make the ceilings read higher, with fabric headboards and full-size nightstands completing the setup. Storage cabinets use concealed handles and divided interiors, so the minimalist look stays clean while the storage actually works. By the window, a pair of accent chairs and small side tables form a reading corner, placed to catch the best daylight.

Materials and construction follow residential logic rather than hotel logic, but the durability bar stays high. Finishes are wear-resistant, scratch-tolerant and easy to wipe down, and the material choices favor low-emission, family-safe options, since the client lives with these pieces every day. Structure, edge work and hardware were all checked, because furniture in a home gets leaned on, bumped and shifted during every deep clean, and it still has to look right years later.

We ran the project end to end: design customization, production supervision, then delivery and installation on site. For a private villa the installation matters as much as the build. Floors and finished walls get protected, and the schedule bends around the owner's move-in rather than the other way round.
The client's verdict after moving in was positive across design, quality and service, which is the only review that counts in this business. We continue to build bespoke furniture for villas, resorts and high-end residential projects worldwide, and every residential program of ours starts the same way this one did: with how the client actually lives.
